Oyin is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of M-lifestyle. He oversees the organizations recruitment and performance management as a member of the executive team. Oyin’s role as the Executive Vice President also requires that he contribute to the operational strategy of M-Lifestyle working alongside the CEO.

Oyin has been a part of M-Lifestyle since its inception and his role has evolved progressively since then. He previously led the writing and editing team and is responsible for the variety in publication that M-Lifestyle produces today. Oyin now uses his knowledge from that role and his multi-faceted skills to help M-Lifestyle optimize performance and efficiently recruit and retain top talent.

M-Lifestyle continues to experience growth and faces changing human resources needs as a result. In response to these challenges, Oyin is pioneering operational strategies to ensure performance management, effective talent acquisition and the continuous growth of M-Lifestyle.

Oyin holds a first class, Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester.
